On 6^th April 2021,

TKNY’s Founder-partner, Advocate Nausheen Yousuf conducted a session on certain important legal issues under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 for a team of lawyers at Lucknow, Ranchi and Jharkhand.  Issues like relevance of the report of protection officer, relevance of various forms under the DV Act, other topics pertaining to substantive and procedural issues were discussed. There were also discussions on their cases and guidance thereof.

On 13^th April 2021,

TKNY’s Founder-partner, Advocate Tariq Khan conducted a session on First Information Report (FIR) and ingredients thereof for a team of lawyers at Lucknow, Ranchi and Jharkhand.

On 21^st April 2021,

TKNY’s Founder-partner, Advocate Tariq Khan conducted a session for a team of lawyers at Lucknow, Ranchi and Jharkhand on the procedures and interventions needed in Bail, Anticipatory Bail applications. Important citations pertaining to the same were discussed.

On 29^th April 2021,

TKNY’s Founder-partner, Advocate Nausheen Yousuf conducted a session on Sexual Violence in Matrimonial Cases for the team members of one of the prominent NGO’s of Mumbai- CORO. The topic included issues pertaining to marital rape. Important judgement like Independent Thinking v Union of India were discussed. Besides, a discussion on the provisions in Criminal Law, there was a brain storming on Domestic Violence Act too.
