He has an extensive expertise in conducting Arbitration Proceedings and filed litigations before the Hon’ble High Court under Section 9 of the Arbitration Act for obtaining Injunctions, Directions, Prohibitory Orders and Furnish Security Orders etc.
He also has a diverse real estate practice which encompasses all aspects of real estate laws, including negotiation, drafting and structuring real estate documentation as also providing sustained assistance to clients on various aspects of property transactions which includes Financing, Developing, Leasing, Sale, Acquisition, Landlord/ Tenant Laws, Commercial Loan transactions etc. The work involved includes carrying out a due diligence on the title of the properties, searches in the records of various Government authorities etc.
Tariq also believes in imparting legal knowledge and has conducted various awareness sessions. He has been a visiting faculty at “Pursue IAS” by Viraj Chandrakant Rane, where he has been providing training to the budding IAS aspirants. He is a consultant and a mentor to a team of lawyers at Lucknow and has also conducted training sessions for them in the past.
